Kwik Kopy Knoxfield is an award-winning, fast-growing print and signage business with state-of-the-art equipment, a modern workplace, and a supportive, family-oriented culture. We're looking for a proactive Phone-Based Account Manager to help drive the continued growth of our Design, Print and Signage business.
This is a part-time, onsite role based in Knoxfield, working 3 days per week, 5 hours per day.
About the Role
You'll be the voice of our business, making outbound calls to both new and existing customers to:
- Introduce our products and services.
- Reconnect with previous customers and review past purchasing activity.
- Identify new opportunities to support their business.
- Prepare quotations and follow up enquiries.
- Build long-term customer relationships through genuine conversations and exceptional service.
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy speaking with people. You're organised, self-motivated and understand that great customer service is the foundation of successful sales.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in outbound sales, account management or customer service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using the phone as your primary sales tool.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the print, signage and marketing industry.
