About Us
Adecco is hiring across multiple roles including Production Workers, Machine Operators, Forklift Operators, Store Workers, Loaders, and OPU Team Members for our client's modern, well-established steel manufacturing site in Novar Gardens. This full-time opportunity offers on-site training, cross-skilling across multiple areas, and overtime where available , giving you the chance to gain experience and potentially move into permanent employment with a leading manufacturing employer.

Responsibilities
- Supporting machine operations and production line processes
- Moving, packing, strapping, and transporting steel products safely from line to yard (team lifting 20–30kg)
- Assisting with line clearing, metal cutting, rolling, and general warehouse stock movement
- Operating manual and automated machinery to process and manufacture steel products ( multiple machine operations and cross-training available )
- Operating forklifts and overhead cranes (where trained/licensed) for loading and unloading trucks
- Completing basic computer-based production tasks, reporting, and quality control
- OPU Team duties including store person tasks, customer service, loading trade vehicles, and forklift operations
Participating in cross-training across multiple production areas to develop skills and career progression

Your Profile
- Full working rights for ongoing full-time Monday–Friday (30–38 hours/week)
- Forklift license essential for forklift operation roles
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and motivated; strong teamwork, communication, and initiative
- Mechanically minded or hands-on experience in manufacturing
- Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience required
- Willingness to learn new machinery and processes; ability to follow instructions and read work drawings
- Physically fit for manufacturing and manual handling tasks
- Available for set ongoing Monday–Friday shifts
- Shift allocation will be negotiated during the interview process
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
