About the Role
In this role, you will:
Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff – Act as a role model and mentor, offering expert advice in complex situations, ensuring best practice, and empowering nurses to grow their skills and confidence.
Drive safe, innovative, and evidence-based care practices – Lead the development and implementation of safe, effective, and efficient models of care, championing new ideas that enhance patient experience and reduce risk.
Collaborate across disciplines to enhance patient outcomes – Partner with psychiatrists, psychologists, allied health professionals, peer workers, and community services to deliver coordinated, holistic care that supports recovery and wellbeing.
Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and resilience – Create an environment where staff feel valued, supported, and motivated, strengthening morale and resilience through open communication, mutual respect, and recognition of achievements.

About You
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Confident in providing expert clinical leadership and mentoring to guide, inspire, and support nursing teams.
Committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, and recovery-oriented care that enhances patient wellbeing and safety.
A leader who fosters a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement, where staff feel empowered, supported, and heard.
A natural collaborator who builds strong working relationships across disciplines to achieve holistic, person-centred outcomes.
