Expression of Interest - Freelance Training Facilitator
We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Freelance Trainers who would like to work with us on future projects.
Our projects involve working with leading Australian retailers, delivering high-quality training programs across areas such as leadership, behavioural, customer service, and operations. We value trainers who can deliver engaging sessions, maintain consistency, and create a lasting impact for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Implement training programs for our clients and their employees
- Provide on the job training and coaching
- Provide exceptional support to our clients and their employees
- Instil a customer-centric service methodology
- Run training programs for small groups as well as 1 on 1 sessions
- Administer training materials and reporting
- Liaise with key stakeholders
What you will bring to this role:
- Exceptional training and facilitation skills
- Certificate IV in Training
- Experience in a customer-facing retail role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Great time management, planning and organisational skills
- A personable and positive attitude
- Driver’s license and a reliable car
- ABN
- Your own laptop for reporting & presenting
All domestic travel and accommodation will be paid for by the business.
Job Types: Casual, Subcontract
Pay: $380.00 – $400.00 per day
