About you
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join the team at Victory Curtains and Blinds. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about sales and providing excellent customer service, but is also keen to develop their hands-on skills and assist with the installation of security doors and window grills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a practical mindset, and is looking for a varied role with opportunities to grow within the business.
- Experience in in-home design consulting, window furnishings, or a related field is preferred but not a must.
- Strong sales skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for home styling
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and advise customers on their design needs
- A reliable vehicle for travel to client appointments
- Must have ABN (Sole trader or Company Pty)

Pay: $90,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
