Looking for a part-time office administrator for a family-owned blinds business based in Malaga.
Your role will include the following duties:
· Answering telephone and email enquiries
· Directing clients around the showroom
· Booking appointments
· Preparing quotes, sales orders and invoices
· Accounts payable/receivable
· Collecting payments from customers
· Other data entry
· General administrative duties as required
Key skill requirements include:
· Professional attitude and presentation
· Attention to detail
· Independent and organised
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including phone manner
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Adept at Microsoft Office programs (Excel)
· Knowledge of MYOB accounting or similar software preferable (not essential)
