TruHealth Solutions is a growing national Occupational Health organisation, and we’re excited to be recruiting Occupational Health Technicians to join the team at our new Melbourne Clinic. Multiple roles available causal, contractor, part time & full time.
Role Overview
As an occupational health technicians, you will be conducting health assessments in our clinic, mobile units, or onsite client sites.
Assessment types could consist of:
- Respirator Fit Testing
- Ear Fit Testing (HPD)
- Audiometry (hearing tests)
- Spirometry (lung function testing)
- Drug & Alcohol Screening
Skills, Experience, Qualifications
We are ideally looking for someone with experience and or qualified in the above services and willing to gain and upskill.
We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, particularly those with transferable experience in healthcare, occupational health, safety, medical administration, technical services, or client-facing roles.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence working across a variety of workplace environments
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel to client and onsite locations as required
Training Provided
Previous experience in workplace health assessments or occupational testing services is advantageous but not essential. Candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be supported with training.
