VNDM Pty Ltd is a growing retail business based in Sydney, committed to delivering outstanding customer service and quality products. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily retail operations and lead our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Plan and implement sales, merchandising and promotional activities.
Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
Recruit, train, supervise and manage retail staff.
Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties.
Manage inventory, stock ordering and supplier relationships.
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
Maintain accurate financial, stock and operational records.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and company procedures.
Develop strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
Essential Requirements
Relevant qualification and/or at least 1–2 years of retail management experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience in inventory control, budgeting and retail operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Full working rights in Australia or eligibility to work.
