Care Partners Australia is seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist a participant in their home. This role primarily involves cleaning and household support to maintain a safe, comfortable and hygienic living environment.
Key responsibilities:
- General household cleaning, including bathrooms, kitchen and living areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and laundry
- Changing bed linen and maintaining an organised home
- Supporting the participant with everyday household tasks
- Respecting the participant’s privacy, dignity and cultural preferences
- Completing progress notes and reporting any concerns
Requirements:
Asian background - Female
- Previous cleaning or disability-support experience preferred
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check, if required
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Respectful, dependable and able to work independently
Pay: $29.44 – $35.13 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
