The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic and influential technology leader to join our organisation as Head of Technology Governance & Enablement.
Reporting to the General Manager IT & CPMO, this key role is responsible for ensuring our technology environment is secure, resilient, well-governed and aligned with business priorities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping technology, AI and service strategies while translating strategic direction into practical governance frameworks, standards, roadmaps and improvement initiatives.
This new role will help shape the future direction of technology governance, cybersecurity, architecture and service enablement across the organisation. You will work across business and technology functions to drive the responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies while strengthening operational resilience, service performance and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead technology governance, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity oversight and technology risk management.

Develop and maintain technology policies, standards, roadmaps and governance frameworks aligned to business strategy.

Drive technology resilience, security assurance, disaster recovery and compliance activities.

Support the adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies through effective governance and enablement practices.

Improve service delivery, supplier performance and operational effectiveness through strong service management practices.

Establish business analysis, demand management and automation standards that deliver measurable business value.

Build trusted relationships across the business and provide clear reporting to executive stakeholders.

Lead and develop a high-performing Technology Governance & Enablement team.
About You
You are an experienced technology leader with a strong background in governance, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, service management and business engagement.
You have the ability to balance risk, innovation and commercial outcomes while influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience

Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business or a related discipline.

Significant leadership experience across technology governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, service management or technology-enabled business improvement.

ITIL certification or demonstrated experience implementing ITIL-aligned service management practices.

Certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, CISSP, CISM or CRISC are highly regarded.

Experience operating within a complex business environment, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, ASX-listed or similarly regulated organisations.
