Breakfast Cook – Fern Avenue Cafe, Currambine
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Breakfast Cook to join our team at Fern Avenue Cafe in Currambine!
If you’ve worked as a breakfast chef or cook in a busy café setting and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a full-time position — applicants must be available at least 5 days per week, including weekends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a breakfast chef in a similar café environment
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Pride in producing high-quality, consistent dishes
- Reliability and flexibility to work weekends and busy mornings
- Bonus: Experience or passion for baking cakes, slices, or pastries
Your Role Will Include:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Working closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Assisting with prep and contributing ideas to menu development

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
