Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our Perth office. The successful candidate will provide migration advice, manage visa applications, and support clients throughout their migration journey while maintaining compliance with Australian migration laws and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate migration advice and consultation to clients.
- Assess client eligibility for various Australian visa categories.
- Prepare, lodge, and manage visa applications and related documentation.
- Communicate with clients, government departments, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative and policy changes affecting migration matters.
- Maintain accurate client records and case files.
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with business development and client relationship management activities when required.
Requirements
- Registered Migration Agent (RMA) status with relevant Australian registration authority.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in migration consulting or visa processing.
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Experience handling skilled, family, employer-sponsored, student, and visitor visa applications is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
