We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Concierge/Team Leader to join our restaurant team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and team leadership.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations and guest relations, and supporting the restaurant manager in leading the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries
- Support daily restaurant operations and floor management
- Assist with staff supervision, training, and rostering
- Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or restaurant management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with booking systems and POS systems is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
