If you're an experienced Senior Financial Accountant looking to apply your technical accounting expertise while partnering with operational leaders, this is an opportunity to play a key role within Levande's Finance team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across our retirement living portfolio. You'll work closely with Village Operations to provide meaningful financial insights while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and Retirement Village legislation.
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing Village Financial Statements.
- Delivering monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis.
- Analysing budgets, forecasts and business performance.
- Managing the external audit process for Village Financial Statements.
- Providing financial insights that support operational decision-making.
- Contributing to annual budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.
We're looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in a Senior Financial Accountant or Financial Accountant role.
- Strong financial reporting and statutory accounting experience.
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience.
- Experience managing external audits.
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualification (or actively working towards completion).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience within property, retirement living, aged care, healthcare or another multi-site environment will be highly regarded.
