About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Business Systems Analyst to become our internal expert across technology, business systems and process improvement.
This role is much more than traditional IT support. You'll work closely with our management team, clinic staff and external IT providers to improve the way our business operates through smarter systems, better workflows and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Systems
- Configure and maintain business systems.
- Investigate new software solutions and system enhancements.
- Test and implement new features and updates.
- Liaise with software vendors to resolve issues.
- Develop system documentation and user guides.
IT Support
- Provide first and second-level support to clinic and head office staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and system access.
- Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and permissions.
- Assist with hardware procurement and setup.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
- Maintain an IT asset register.
- Coordinate with external IT providers and telecommunications vendors.
- Promote cybersecurity best practices throughout the organisation.
Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyse existing business processes across our clinics.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Work with management and clinic teams to gather business requirements.
- Develop and implement workflow improvements.
- Create process maps, standard operating procedures and system documentation.
- Assist in developing automation solutions to reduce administrative workload.
Reporting & Data
- Develop reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
- Analyse business performance data and identify trends.
- Support accreditation reporting and compliance activities.
- Assist management with KPI reporting and business insights.
Projects
- Support the setup of new medical centres.
- Coordinate technology requirements for new clinic openings.
- Assist with software implementations and upgrades.
- Lead technology and systems improvement projects.
- Deliver staff training on new systems and processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Experience in Business Systems Analysis, IT Support, Business Improvement or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience documenting business processes and workflows.
- Confidence working with a variety of software platforms.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across different sites.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
