About the Role
Make a meaningful difference as a Senior Social Worker, leading expert care and shaping better outcomes for people with complex mental health needs within community.
Lead clinical Social Work practice and care planning
Deliver complex assessments and evidence-based interventions
Guide teams, supervise staff and support clinical excellence
Build strong partnerships with consumers, carers and services
Drive service improvement, education, research and innovation
About You
To be successful in this role as a senior social worker you will:
Hold a degree eligible for AASW membership
Bring sound mental health Social Work clinical experience
Lead care, supervision and multidisciplinary practice demonstrating strong social work values
Maintain a clear social work identity and an ability to advocate for the consumer voice
Apply advanced assessment and therapeutic skills as a social worker
Communicate well and use sound professional judgement within a multidisciplinary team environment
Awareness of community mental health with a recovery mindset supporting excellent consumer outcomes
