Civil Construction – Excavator Operator (Bundaberg)
We are a small, growing civil construction business based in Bundaberg Queensland and are currently looking for reliable people to join our team for ongoing civil works.
Excavator Operator – 1 Position
We are seeking an experienced non-GPS excavator operator who can confidently work on civil sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating excavators in civil works
- Ability to dig around live services safely
- Can dig straight, clean trenches to spec
- Strong understanding of site safety
- Relevant machine tickets
- White Card (essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with pipe and conduit installation
- Ability to read plans and levels
- GPS experience

Experience in civil construction is beneficial but not necessary — we’re happy to train the right people.
