Brothers in Care is a specialised male-to-male NDIS support provider seeking a reliable, genuine Male Support Worker/Mentor for a 16-year-old NDIS participant in Springwood who runs his own small lawn mowing business every Saturday.
Brothers in Care supports NDIS participants across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast, matching them with men who genuinely want to make a difference, not just fill a shift.
The Role: Fortnightly Saturdays, 4 hours per shift. Driving him and his equipment between jobs, mowing alongside him, and helping him take on more responsibility, including time management, prompting and customer interactions.
What You'll Need:
- A vehicle capable of towing/transporting a trailer
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work
- Valid Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR
- Active ABN and current compliance documents
