We are seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end recruitment while strengthening how we attract, select and move talent across the organisation.
This role goes beyond recruitment delivery. You’ll build proactive talent pipelines, reduce reliance on agencies, support internal mobility, and improve recruitment governance, consistency and cost control across permanent, fixed‑term and contingent workforce needs.
You’ll also play a key role in implementing a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), helping shape recruitment processes and data practices in a partially manual, non‑integrated environment.
Working closely with hiring leaders and the People team, you will help improve quality of hire, enhance candidate and hiring manager experience, and deliver more efficient, insight‑driven recruitment outcomes.
