We are looking for a Sales expert who thrives on building not only a network but also relationships to win new business. Reporting to the Group Account Director.
You will be the connector between the market and the agency - identifying the right prospects, shaping the right conversations and bringing in clients that we can help.
You don't need agency experience.
You need a track record of earning trust and knowing how to sell something genuinely complex.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across target sectors whilst building your network.
- Lead first contact outreach and early relationship building - from initial introductions to warm referrals
- Collaborate with strategy and leadership to shape compelling pitch narratives tailored to each prospect
- Support the new business process from briefing, pitch coordination and closing
- Partner with senior leadership on priority opportunities and strategic account development
- Track and report on pipeline health, win loss ratios and prospecting activity with rigour and transparency
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- A proven track record in B2B sales - with the technology space being advantageous
- Exceptional ability to build genuine relationships with senior decision makers and CMOs
- Strong commercial instincts - you understand business problems not just product features
- Natural curiosity about organisations, creativity and how great marketing actually works on a brand (long) and performance (short) level
- Confidence facilitating complex multi stakeholder sales conversations over long cycles
- A hunger to learn the agency world and grow alongside a high performing team
WHAT YOU DON'T NEED FOR THE ROLE
- Although agency experience is a positive it is not necessary - we will teach you the model - you bring the commercial firepower
- An in depth background in advertising and/or marketing - curiosity and drive matter far more
- A massive existing network - we care about how you build relationships, not where you have been
- A degree - we care more about lateral and sharp thinking..
