Eden Academy Seaford. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.
We operate from 7:00am - 6:00pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 123 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

About you;
- You’re an experienced Educational Leader with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
- Happy to work off the floor for 2 days per week as Ed leader dedicated for programming, documentation, and mentoring. Then work the remaining 3 days on the floor, floating between rooms to provide practical support to our educators.
- Work side-by-side with Management to align educational goals and ensure a unified approach to the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
- You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
- Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
- Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
What You’ll Bring:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A professional and friendly personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
