The Role:
As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will provide legal support across Dyno Nobel's global operations, partnering with stakeholders to manage risk, support decision-making and enable business outcomes. This is a diverse role that offers exposure to strategic projects, corporate transactions, governance, compliance and commercial matters within a complex global organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing legal advice across corporate, commercial and operational matters
Supporting major projects, strategic transactions and M&A activities
Managing and reviewing legal policies, governance frameworks and compliance programs
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
Advising on regulatory obligations and legal risk management
Partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver practical legal solutions
What You’ll Bring:
A commitment to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
Legal qualification (LLB or JD) and a current Australian Practising Certificate
Experience gained within a reputable law firm, in-house legal team, or a combination of both
Experience supporting corporate, commercial, transactional or major project activities
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
