About The Role
Port Migration is seeking new or experienced Registered Migration Agent/s to join our growing team based in our Port Melbourne office. Be part of a high performing team providing exceptional service and a strong track record of successful migration outcomes to clients across Australia and around the world.
The successful applicant will manage a family visa case load specialising in Partner Visas including Subclass 820/801, 309/100 and 300.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate and professional migration advice
- Prepare, review and lodge visa applications and supporting documents
- Manage a family visa case load
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge of current Partner Visa policy and legislation
Requirements
- Current MARA Registration essential
- Passion for assisting Partner Visa applicants, managing a family visa case load and capacity to build strong client relationships
- Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills
- Proficiency in LEGENDcom and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
- No previous experience required
