Small Friends Childcare & Education Busselton is looking for a passionate and reliable Casual Qualified Educator to join our team.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, can build positive relationships with families and colleagues, and is confident supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a warm and nurturing environment.
This casual position would suit an educator who is flexible with availability and enjoys working across different age groups and rooms as needed.
About the role:
- Casual Educator position
- Work across different rooms and age groups
- Support daily routines, learning experiences and children’s wellbeing
- Work closely with our educators and leadership team
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming and engaging learning environment
What we are looking for:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, flexible and professional
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
