The Role
As a front-of-house team member, you will:
- Welcome and seat guests with genuine warmth
- Take food and drink orders accurately and answer questions about the menu, including dietary requirements
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Process payments and handle the till/POS
- Take and manage phone and takeaway orders
- Set, clear and reset tables; keep the dining area clean and presentable
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
- Handle guest feedback politely and pass on anything important to management

- Availability to work nights and weekends (essential)
- A love of food and of people, you enjoy hospitality, not just tolerate it
- Clear, friendly communication skills
- RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Pay: From $26.44 per hour
