Details: Events ACT is seeking experienced and motivated Site Crew Coordinators to lead operational crews in the delivery of some of Canberra's most iconic events, including Floriade, Enlighten Festival, Canberra Balloon Spectacular and more.
This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating site crew staff, managing daily work priorities, supporting safe work practices and assisting with the delivery of event infrastructure across event bump-in, event operations and bump-out activities. The role also includes forklift operations, warehouse and logistics responsibilities such as inventory management, asset tracking, and picking and packing event equipment.
We're Looking for People With:

Experience leading or supervising operational teams.

Event, logistics, construction or similar operational experience.

A current forklift licence and driver's licence.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

A commitment to workplace health and safety.

Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis during weekdays, evenings, over weekends and public holidays.
