B2J Care is currently seeking an experienced Support Worker for a community access role supporting a male participant in Surry Hills.
This role focuses on assisting the participant to achieve his goals, promote independence, and make a positive difference across different areas of his life.
The successful candidate will provide compassionate, reliable and person-centred support while assisting with community access and appointments.
Shifts Available:
Fridays - 12PM - Onwards

SCHADS Award - Casual in Community
Support Worker Requirements:
- MUST HAVE experience across disability supports or aged care
- MUST HAVE a reliable personal vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
Your Certificates and Licences
- First Aid and CPR (Current)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
- Working with Children Check (Current)
- Australian Driver's License
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
