About the Role
Join the team at Karra Rehabilitation Unit and help patients regain confidence, strength and independence. You’ll deliver compassionate, person centred care, support recovery goals and build strong connections with patients, families and the wider healthcare team in a supportive rehab setting.
Deliver safe, person centred nursing care
Support recovery goals and daily rehab plans
Work closely with Registered Nurses and Midwives
Build positive relationships with patients and families
Maintain strong teamwork across the healthcare team
Liaise with community and external care providers
About You
You’ll bring a caring, team focused approach and the confidence to deliver safe, high quality care in a rehabilitation setting. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, works collaboratively and puts patients at the centre of every interaction.
Enrolled Nurse registration with NMBA
Current practising certificate eligibility
Approved medication administration qualification
Communicate clearly with patients and teams
Prioritise care and report clinical changes
