About the Role
This is a high-impact, enterprise leadership role . As HR Director , you will act as a strategic partner to the Country Chief Executive (CCE) and a key member of both the Country Leadership Team and APAC HR Leadership Team . You will lead the people agenda for a workforce of approximately 550 employees across Australia , driving organisational performance, transformation, and culture in alignment with global strategy , while ensuring strong local relevance.
Proven senior HR leadership experience within large, global, matrixed organisations, ideally in B2B or technology environments
Build and lead a unified, high-performing HR function across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, L&D, Payroll, and Communications
Provide oversight and leadership on employee relations, including unions, compliance, and risk management within Australian labour frameworks
Leverage HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data insights to drive efficiency, governance, and decision-making
