Your New Role
We're looking for an experienced people leader to join our Member Engagement team as a Team Leader. In this role, you'll lead a high-performing team of Service Consultants, creating an environment where your people thrive while delivering exceptional experiences for our members and employers.
Please note this is a full time, max term opportunity until August 2027.
Some responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Service Consultants to deliver exceptional member experiences across phone, written, digital and face-to-face interactions;
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, member advocacy and achieving team objectives;
- Partner with fellow leaders to improve first contact resolution, customer satisfaction and service outcomes;
- Conduct quality monitoring, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure adherence to compliance standards;
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team capability, efficiency and member outcomes; and
- Support change initiatives, new programs and operational improvements across the Service Centre.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple;
- Shown experience within financial services, superannuation or other regulated industries will be highly regarded;
- Knowledge of superannuation and relevant legislation is advantageous;
- Proven leadership experience within a Contact Centre, Service Centre or Customer Operations environment;
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability with a passion for developing high-performing teams;
- Proven experience leading through change and driving continuous improvement initiatives;
- A customer-centric mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service;
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
