Duties
Provide support to our participants with mental, physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
Understand and provide appropriate care to participants with low needs
Support participants with high needs who demonstrate a range of challenging behaviors.
Assisting with activities relating to daily living, community support, and empowerment
Perform personal care including showering and toileting.
Support persons with disability, to live independently in their own homes and participate in the community, in a dignified and safe manner in accordance with individual care plans.
Encourage and support people to participate in decision-making about the service they receive
