The Opportunity
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the strategic planning, delivery and evaluation of complex business analysis programs, projects and services that deliver thorough business and technical analysis of complex business and information systems. The role initiates, leads and monitors the planning and delivery of requirements gathering process, including analysing existing documentation and conducting stakeholder interviews and well- structured workshops to elicit and document requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in the strategic planning, delivery and evaluation of complex business analysis programs, projects and services that deliver thorough business and technical analysis of complex business and information systems and solutions, including providing expert advice to key stakeholders, project management and staff, vendors and service providers.
- Significant experience in leading requirements gathering, definition and documentation, business process modelling, user experience journey mapping, business and technical process mapping and gap analysis and providing advice on solutions and future state design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, contemporary business analysis methodologies and tools, business process re-engineering, change management and project management principles, practices and tools and detailed knowledge of related government policy and agency procedures and practices.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
