Chef de Partie | Blanca
Bayside's newest all day eatery.
Blanca is opening soon and we're looking for four Chef de Parties to join our opening team.
Blanca is a modern European neighbourhood venue, trading from breakfast through to dinner, with a strong focus on Mediterranean-inspired sharing plates, handmade pastas, premium proteins and quality produce.
We're recruiting for both:
- Day Service (Breakfast & Lunch)
- Night Service (Dinner)
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie or similar.
- Passionate about quality food and hospitality.
- Organised, reliable and able to perform under pressure.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture.
What You'll Do
- Run your section during prep and service.
- Maintain Blanca's food quality and presentation standards.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Help build a strong kitchen culture from day one.
