We're looking for confident, motivated, and outgoing individuals to join our growing sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.
No previous solar experience is required, we provide full training.
About the Role
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, introducing them to Illumina Energy's products and services. Your primary goal is to generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities for our energy consultants.
This is a people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working outdoors, and earning uncapped commissions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighbourhoods to introduce Illumina Energy's products and services.
- Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
- Identify customers interested in reducing their electricity costs.
- Generate qualified appointments and sales leads.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Accurately record customer information and appointment details.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversions.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport (preferred).
Experience
Previous experience in any of the following is highly regarded but not essential:
- Door-to-door sales
- Solar or energy sales
- Retail sales
- Customer service
- Lead generation
- Telecommunications or fundraising
Full training will be provided to the successful candidates.
