Registered Nurse (RN) – Disability Support Protea & Co Collective Support Services is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care while building genuine relationships with participants and their families. About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play an essential role in supporting participants with complex health needs, ensuring high-quality clinical care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. Essential Requirements - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. - Minimum 1 year of nursing experience. - Current seizure management training and confidence supporting participants with epilepsy. - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in dementia care and palliative care. - Current First Aid & CPR certification. - Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), Blue Card, and National Police Check. - Current Australian Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance.
