A Senior Project / Construction Manager with the ability to identify tender opportunities, prepare cost estimates and bids, and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects valued up to $20M.

Base Criteria
You will ideally hold a Construction Trade or Management degree and 10 years’ experience across Defence Base upgrade or refurbishment projects.
Outline Duties
Providing a hands-on Construction Management leadership role across defence sector projects, with experience identifying project opportunities on AusTender Portal, attending briefings, Estimate / Price Up Bids and formulate Tender Responses. Handle Tender Clarification Questions and Presentations. Upon winning mobilise and oversee delivery.
Skills and Attributes
- Australian Citizen (NV1 / NV2 required)
- Construction Trade or Management degree.
- Strong estimating, bid writing, and tender presentation skills.
- Proven experience working on Defence projects (ideally $2-20m)
- 10+ years Defence Construction Project experience
- Engaging personality and strong presentation skills.
