Position Overview
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for researching user needs, designing user-centered interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of design principles to create seamless user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and requirements.
- Create user personas, customer journey maps, and user flows.
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing designs for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and design solutions.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
- Conduct usability evaluations and implement design improvements based on feedback and analytics.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across digital products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices.
- Support product development teams throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital design roles.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, e-commerce, or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development environments.
- Experience with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
- Knowledge of user analytics and UX research tools.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams.
