Our ideal candidate will:
- Hold a minimum of RSA/RCG
- Have appropriate experience working in food and beverage venues
- Be available to work a roster that includes days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure
- A passion for customer service, presentation, and quality standards
- A sound knowledge of food safety standards and adherence to WHS requirements
- Experience in working in a busy hospitality venue
