Service Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm (flexible within client needs)
Contract: 20-hour fortnightly contract
Hourly Rate: $36.23 per hour + 12% superannuation

Support clients with light cleaning and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and tidy home environment.
Assist with showering, dressing, and grooming so clients feel confident and supported each day.
Help clients attend appointments, complete grocery shopping, and stay connected with their local community.
Prepare simple meals or assist with batch cooking to support healthy and independent living.
Provide medication prompting and help clients maintain daily routines.
Build trusted relationships and bring companionship, encouragement, and positivity into your clients’ lives.

You may begin your morning supporting a client with personal care before travelling across Devonport and surrounding communities to assist another client with shopping, social support, or appointments. Along the way, you’ll build meaningful connections and make a genuine impact on people’s independence and wellbeing.

- A genuine passion for supporting older people and making a difference
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (fleet vehicle also provided for work use)
- Willingness to obtain comprehensive car insurance, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Confidence using smartphones and digital systems
- Hourly Rate: $36.23 per hour + 12% superannuation
