We’re looking for an experienced and motivated team member to join our busy Trinity Beach Kebab Shop in Trinity Beach. This is a full-time position suited to someone who already has experience working in a kebab shop and can confidently manage day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare kebabs, snack packs, burgers, wraps and other menu items to a high standard.
- Complete daily food preparation and maintain food safety standards.
- Open and close the store.
- Serve customers and operate the POS system.
- Manage and prepare Uber Eats orders efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, rotate stock and assist with ordering.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen and customer area.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the business and lead shifts when required.

- Previous experience working in a kebab shop is essential.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- Valid Australian work rights.
