About the Role:
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join the Learning and Development team on a permanent part-time basis at our Juniper Central office in Balcatta.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain engaging learning resources and digital learning solutions that support workforce capability across the organization. You will work closely with the Manager Learning & Development and Learning and Development Advisors to deliver online and hybrid learning programs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and identify opportunities to improve learning processes through automation and technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging instructional materials including e-learning modules, storyboards, facilitator guides, and digital learning resources.

Support the delivery and management of online and hybrid learning programs to ensure an engaging learner experience.

Utilise automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate to streamline learning administration, onboarding, feedback collection, and other L&D processes.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective learning solutions.

Monitor learning effectiveness through evaluation, reporting, and analysis of key performance indicators.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning systems and workflows.

Provide advice on best practice instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.

Ensure learning solutions align with organisational objectives, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related discipline.

Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to develop creative, high-quality learning materials.

Experience with automation programs (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate) and a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms

Experience in the healthcare or training sectors is advantageous.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience in designing and implementing online and hybrid learning programs.
