The Location
This job opportunity is in the Gold Coast area for workshops on weekday mornings and evenings and Saturday mornings, across Helensvale, Coombabah and Robina.

About the opportunity
A Weight Watchers Coach channels their passion for a healthy lifestyle into inspiring members to build healthy habits and achieve milestones on their wellness journeys. As a Weight Watchers Coach you will be responsible for creating an inclusive, in-person community through facilitating a customer-focused workshop centered on wellness and building healthy habits.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering excellent Workshop experiences (facilitating and coaching) - Providing supportive Wellness Check-ins; delivering the workshop topics in a fun and engaging way; utilising facilitation skills to keep the discussion relevant and flowing; creating a safe space; celebrating member successes; supporting members to build healthy habits; supporting members to set actions for the coming week.
Conducting Orientation - You will conduct new member orientations to ensure new members understand the current Weight Watchers program and start immediately on their wellness journeys.
Driving member recruitment and retention - Delivering consistent on-brand member experiences; driving member referrals; developing personal connections with members; engaging in the Weight Watchers community both through social media and Connect (Weight Watchers' in-app social media platform); performing member care tasks weekly.
Community involvement - Be a Weight Watchers brand ambassador in the local community; attracting new members and representing Weight Watchers in local events if required.

A WW Coach must:
Be a strong facilitator
Be empathetic
Be comfortable with rapid change
Have strong coaching skills
Have excellent time management and organisation skills
Have a strong business acumen
Have excellent listening and communication skills
Be tech-savvy across various tools and platforms, including G-Suite.
There is a need for Weight Watchers Coaches to store and transport Weight Watchers products and equipment. Due to this, you must have space to store items at your home and have a car and driver’s licence.
