About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our supportive team at Warrawee, where you will play an integral role in improving the quality of life for our residents.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to our residents, assisting with their daily activities, and monitoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Other responsibilities include:
- To provide direct nursing care to delegated residents under the direction of a Registered Nurse Div 1.
- To promote and implement Warrawee’s philosophy of care of residents, which emphasises and respects individual needs and differences in a group setting and which is aimed at achieving the creation of a home-like environment for all residents
- To work within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse Div. 2
About you
You are an experienced and empathetic Enrolled Nurse, passionate about providing high-quality care to older adults. You possess excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of aged care regulations.
You are a proactive and adaptable team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion.
The following is also required:
- Current Enrolled Nurse Div. 2 registration without restrictions to practice.
- Experience in an Aged Care environment with an empathetic approach to resident care.
