We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Maintenance Fitters to join our client's growing team for ongoing work within a busy manufacturing and production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
- Install, service, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment issues.
- Replace and repair mechanical components, including bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, and motors.
- Complete maintenance records and report equipment issues as required.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures and company safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter or equivalent Mechanical Trade.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, or industrial environment.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
- Forklift Licence, EWP, Working at Heights, or Confined Space tickets (advantageous but not essential).
