PRD Real Estate Liverpool is seeking a motivated and people-focused Leasing Consultant / Letting Agent to join our friendly Property Management team.
This is an ideal entry-level opportunity to learn the industry from the ground up while working within one of Liverpool’s most established and trusted agencies.
You’ll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and ongoing support while gaining real experience in a dynamic, field-based role that combines time in the office with meeting clients and conducting inspections.

The Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, with a day off in lieu
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Assist and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process
- Manage enquiries and follow up rental applications
- Keep landlords informed on leasing progress
- Prepare lease documentation, ingoing inspections, and key handovers
- Prepare leasing campaigns
- Assist with property advertising and general administration
About You
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Minimum Certificate of Registration
- Real estate experience preferred, or experience in customer service or administration
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using computers and technology
- A “can do” attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Another language is an advantage
