Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle across a diverse range of operational and corporate roles. You’ll also have the opportunity to help evolve our recruitment practices through the adoption of AI-enabled tools that enhance the candidate experience and improve recruitment outcomes.

What’s the role?
This is much more than filling vacancies.
You’ll become a trusted recruitment partner, working closely with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding while helping build scalable, consistent and candidate-focused recruitment practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions
- Coordinating onboarding and creating an engaging new starter experience
- Building talent pipelines and reducing reliance on external agencies
- Supporting the implementation of AI-enabled recruitment and onboarding tools
- Managing recruitment systems, reporting and candidate data
- Championing Eureka’s employer brand and candidate experience
- Providing interim support for the People, Culture & Safety inbox while the team continues to grow
- Contributing to broader People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Is this role right for you?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong recruitment capability with excellent relationship-building skills.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
- Experience coordinating onboarding and pre-employment processes
- Knowledge of employment legislation relating to recruitment and onboarding
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms and recruitment reporting
- A genuine interest in using AI and technology to improve recruitment outcomes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
- Experience within a multi-site or operational environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
