Based at Mona Vale Hospital, Hospital in the Home manages acute patients in the community or virtually. HITH are looking for senior registered nurses to assess and treat patients in the comfort of their home or in one of our four clinics. We are interested in RNs with exceptional assessment skills and decision making ability. We are a district wide service and at times you may have to start at another worksite such as Hornsby Hospital, RNSH or Northern Beaches Hospital.

What you'll be doing
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care, in the patient home or clinic, in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Registered Nurse –Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and relevant nursing experience.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers and a diverse range of health and non-health care providers.

Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, patient safety, quality of care and team cohesion.

Current NSW Drivers Licence.
