About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. You will provide individualised support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities while promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Medication assistance (where trained and authorised)
- Documentation and progress notes
- Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- National Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Nursing, or Community Services
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, mental health, or community care
- Experience supporting participants with complex needs
