Better Method Naturopathy is a clinical, evidence-based naturopathic practice launching October 2026. Founded by Georgia Mitchell-Wills (BHSc Nat candidate, B.Para), the clinic specialises in the physiological demands of shift work and frontline health — serving paramedics, nurses, police, and other healthcare professionals with the same clinical rigour they expect from their own frontline environments.
We operate from a western clinical lens. Protocols are structured, evidence-informed, and built for patients who need answers, not vague wellness advice. We are entering with a 200+ patient waitlist and require a capable, values-aligned practitioner to help us meet demand from day one.
We are seeking a fully qualified Naturopath to join Better Method as a subcontractor, working across both in-clinic consultations and telehealth. You will carry your own patient caseload under the Better Method brand framework, with clinical support and supervision available from the principal practitioner.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an initial conversation with the principal practitioner prior to any formal offer.
Non-negotiable
Dual-degree qualified — Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) plus one additional relevant degree (e.g. nursing, paramedicine, nutrition, science, or equivalent allied health qualification)
Demonstrated clinical experience in a western medicine, allied health, or integrative medical environment
Current ANTA or NHAA membership with full professional insurance
Active ABN — this is a subcontract arrangement
Strong working knowledge of functional pathology interpretation, supplement therapeutics, and clinical reasoning across multi-system presentations

This is an ideal role for a practitioner who brings a dual-degree background, prior experience in a medical or allied health environment, and a genuine interest in complex, systems-level cases particularly those involving circadian disruption, occupational stress physiology, and gastrointestinal health.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct initial and follow-up naturopathic consultations (in-clinic and telehealth)
– Manage a patient caseload drawn from the existing Better Method waitlist
– Produce clinical documentation including treatment plans, supplement protocols, and patient handouts in line with practice standards
– Liaise with the principal practitioner on complex or multi-system cases
– Operate within SimpleClinic practice management software
– Maintain professional standards consistent with the ANTA/NHAA code of conduct
– Represent the Better Method brand with accuracy, professionalism, and evidence-based positioning
