HEAD CHEF/sous chef ROLE
Iron Creek Bay is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef to join our team. Extensive head chef experience is not essential, we also welcome candidates who may not have a strong background as a head chef but are confident in their kitchen skills and have solid hands-on kitchen experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that align with our restaurant's concept and vision
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of culinary professionals, inspiring them to deliver excellence in every dish
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
